OT- Still captures of Composite Video

Sorry for it being off topic, but I'm sure that someone on the list
will
have the answer to my problem :-)

I'd like to be able to capture still screen shots of my spectrum analyser
screen without having
to resort to using my digital camera, ie be able to feed the composite
video
from my analyser into my
PC and be able to save it as stills.
There is a composite video monitor output on the rear of the analyser which
I presume could be fed into my PC via a suitable interface to enable me to
capture still screen pics.

Can anyone suggest some suitable hardware/software?
