Anyone using Google Apps Domain Hosting

Has anyone tried hosting thier email domain at Google Apps and using
their new IMAP service?
It seems quite slick but I am not sure I can live long term with gmail's
lack of folders - gmail uses labels, I would be interested to hear if
anyone else has gone down this route and what they think?
