I haven't listed to it yet but...

I tend to listen to podcasts in the car on the way to work, but as the
journey is roughly 1/2 hour it often takes a return journey to listen
to longer ones completely and this sometimes makes them a bit
disjointed.

I wonder what research has been done on the length of podcasts vs
takeup? Perhaps two shorter casts might get more coverage than one
longer one?

Intuitively 20-30 mins seems to be the right length to me but I've got
no evidence to back that up other than most radio programmes aren't
much longer than 30 mins.
