Same dish, same unencrypted video streams.  Freesat has it's own EPG
data (and thus requires a 'Freesat' box to make use of it).  Not to be
confused with 'Freesat From Sky', which uses the Sky EPG system and
additionally gives you access to the encrypted channel 5, sky three etc
(requiring a Sky box), or any old DVB-S receiver, which will get the
same unencrypted channels (and a whole load of European ones) without
either EPG (not sure if there's basic now/next data).

Marketing nightmare :)
