Hi Jon

Plenty of room for expansion.....Im going to add some lamps to indicate if
the pump is running or if theres a fault ..and also a button to run the
pump
for x amount of minutes...this allows me for instance to connect a high
pressure water system to wash the car....

> Why did you choose a different bung/plunger?

Its hard to tell from the pic on Phils site but his bung uses a tyre tube
which is doubled over (it was the smallest tube he could source without
forking out lots of money to get a die made) and while it worked well ,
while testing i managed to over inflate it and it came undone....Not sure
if
it was my doing but when i put it back together and tried it in the drain
it
leaked quite a bit....so i was on the lookout for something to either
assist
the bung or replace it and came across the plunger in Bunnings hardware
store..It leaks a little but not much and as i have mentioned im going to
use one of my waterboards to try and monitor excessive leakage.....
Phil has informed me that he has modified his bung and the new version has
larger shoulders and this should help with the tube undoing issue....

Frank
