RE: Re: CCTV

No experience of Raytek=85..

As for the camera with pre-sets I am told very expensive! I wanted to be
able to point my camera at my van but when the door bell rang the camera
moved to the door for a bit then moved back to the van, simple I thought,
Geovision can do this so I thought it just needed a camera! Wrong=85. I
end=
ed
up just using static cameras, just as good and a lot cheaper!

I have one of these cameras,
http://www.cctv-centre.co.uk/cctv/500rnspeeddomecamera.htm
not cheap at
around =A3500 but a fantastic camera! And yes, I lied to you! I thought it
cost about =A3800 when I bought it a few years ago=85=85

Sorry I can not help you further but keep us informed on how you get on.

Thanks Brian,

I would like the cameras to be accessible from the web (including=20
control of the PTZ remotely).

Thanks for the information regarding 'presets'. was there any way=20
around the problem, or does it mean a different type of camera?

As the cameras I'm looking at are dome type, I need to install some=20
additional IR. I've seen some RAYTEK units which look the part. Any=20
experiance??

regards, Aaron
