In principle yes, though I've aimed control it  in such a way that it
only runs when needed.  This should avoid a constant heat loss that
could result from leaving it on all the time or having a fixed timer.

The secondary circulation pump is controlled by PIR sensors (which also
control lights) in relevant rooms:  bathroom, downstairs cloakroom and
kitchen.  By the time someone needs the hot water, it is there at the tap.
