Hi,

FWIW, My limited experience with C-Bus has been very positive.

Not a large installation by any stretch of the mind - but what I have works
very reliably.

I've not tried any of the others you mention.

I have tried X10 (of course), Rako, Z-Wave, Dupline and some others, but
C-Bus comes out on top, closely followed by Dupline.
