Whilst this will put some off, it will be an advantage to others.

I=92ve added a Trends Audio T-Amp and a set of Tangent Evo speakers to
each of my Squeezeboxes. About =A3160 per zone for both, sound quality is
excellent and the amp can be set as a power amp with the SB3 controlling
volume.

I went Squeezebox because of things Sonos could not do, like using the
BBC listen again feature and I did not want the Sonos controller, I
liked it when it came out but its dated now and just another remote.

I have taken a gamble because SlimServer doesn=92t do Napster which is
something I=92d like =96 but I can=92t see Logitech leaving it too long

Lets just hope that the Harmony CI distributor doesn't get hold of it
and rip the arse out to the price.

One disadvantage straight away is the lack of an amplified version,
which again puts it as a disadvantage against Sonos, from a installer
/ customers perspective.
