I have now made an iso CD but still the server can not see the drives! Does
anyone think these 2 servers are both DoA? Or maybe all 4 SATA Drives are
DoE?

Brian, I have successfully used the HP USB floppy drive on many occasions
installing SATA RAID on ML11x machines.

The USB drive I have has the following label on it:

FD-05PUB-345
Part No: 19308803-49
HP: EA763AA
Assy PN: 359098-003
H/W Rev: 02
Manufacured: Aug-2007
