I paid =A385 for my WHS license, so you may want to shop around some
more.
Is =A3100 (or =A385) really a great deal to pay for what is Windows Server

2003
with a whole hunk of EXTRA features? Seems like something of a bargain to
me.

how noisy is it and (crucially) how much power does it draw?
I might get one for WHS is I can find a server licence at a=20
reasonable price - =A3100 OEM seems a bit steep to me.
