RE: [OT] Anti-virus / anti-spyware other essential programs?
I've been using Kaspersky for a couple of years with no problems, also
run
CA Anti Virus on my Vista machine.
Jumping onto the bandwagon - those who already run Windows Home Server, can
I ask what AV software are you using? I know that under all the pretty
front end is a Windows 2003 core but will it run any AV or has MS decided
to
only allow their 'preferred' solutions?
Cheers,
Steve

I'm half with you there, I've been using free AVG for 4-5 years, but I
recently switched to free Avast! after a review in PC Pro and few missed
nasties... Avast seems to be doing the job, and has a smaller footprint and
many fewer processes running on the box..
LOL or you could try Linux and forget about all this nonsense... :)
