Setting up an Airport Express

Hi all,



I have purchase an Airport Express on the understanding that I can use it
to
send music to another room from iTunes.



I need this because I am using Homeseer touch and at present it don't
support a local music player. The Express idea sounds like a good one but I
can't get my network to recognise it.



I have a Netgear Rangemax router, WPN824 and it is setup for WEP encryption
(can't use WPA because some devices on the network are WEP only)



I have installed the Airport Express software on the PC that will run
iTunes
and plugged in the AE but I get nothing. The LED on the AE just flashes
amber.



Can anyone explain how to get this to work? I have Googled and found
nothing
and the manual with it gives no clues.
