Sure thing. I just ordered a new Z-Wave dongle from Mi Casa Verde.
It looks like it might simplify things, since it is also an inclusion
controller and avoids the need to use the clunky remote to set up the
network, and also means you don't have to replicate the settings from
the remote to the PC.
It also claims to work with LinuxMCE, the Z-Wave part of which I'll
be using as a starting point for the new xPL app.
