Re: RE: Wattson
Yup, the Current Cose.... pesky tinyurl didn't work.
The full url is:
https://www.ecogadgetshop.co.uk/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductCode=Current%20Cost%20Device%20(TEST)&Category=1
(assuming it works!)
Or here:
http://www.currentcost.co.uk/
It has an RJ45 port on the bottom that chucks out XML data every 6
seconds.....but it's TTL level so I got one of these:
http://uk.rs-online.com/web/search/searchBrowseAction.html?method=getProduct&R=429-307
....which is a TTL->USB cable and comes up as a comm port under
Windows.....then a quickly hacked together xAP to chuck the xml data over
xAP.
xAP Floorplan is currently logging the data for me and when I get a chance
I'll whip up a web page to display statistics and such.
Not bad for £28!
Cheers,
Martyn
