CT100 Baluns

I need to extend the signal from a satellite LNB feed (CT100).
Simplest
option would be to use some of the spare CAT5 infrastructure. Can I use
standard video baluns, I'm guessing not as the feed from the dish is a
digital signal not video?

Or is there another solution?
