I just noticed this bluetooh bracelet,

(they also do similar watches) and wondered if this might be a
solution (when combined with a Bluetooth access point) for some people
to handle room occupancy rather than relying on PIRs?
Scan is selling these LM Technologies devices, not sure who else is.
