TV Distro

Hi All
A post for a guy at work here:
What are people using for TV distro around the house? Unusually the
developer of his new house has had the foresight to take CT100 feeds back
from the principal rooms back to under the stairs but then helpfully left
them coiled in the corner :-) That's developer style "whole house
video distro" :-)
He wants to install freeview (or possibly Sky) but feed to all the rooms?
Is the loftbox the way to go, seems to get mixed reviews?
As he's not a UKHA member he's not adverse to spending a bit of cash on a
good solution but doesn't want to stretch to a full AV distro system (AKA
Xantech, Niles, Russound.). ;-)
