Thanks for your help guys.

Managed to setup No-IP.com and download the software for the host PC.

Gone into 123 Reg 'Manage DNS' - there are 3 options: A (which it was on
before); CNAME and TXT. Is it best for me to put it to TXT and then enter
the ddns name given by No-IP.com?
