[OT] Webserver Help

I hope someone might be able to help.

I'm hosting a website from a home PC. 123 reg has been redirected to the
external fixed IP address and all worked fine.

However, I've just moved from Freedom2Surf to Vodafone at Home and it I'm
not certain I can get a fixed IP address.

Is there any way of being able to tell 123 reg to still point to my home PC
if I don't have a fixed external IP?
