Taking a chance that you can answer these questions and hence save me
the 25p per minute on hold to VM:

1) Is the 20Mb update complete (i.e. should I be a bit upset at only
getting 7Mbps at the moment)

2) Do the old Motorola Surfboard 5100 modems work at that speed - mine
says up to 38Mbps in the manual, but can it do it in real life...
