ActiveHome Pro 2Way PC Interface-- radio waves?

  • Subject: ActiveHome Pro 2Way PC Interface-- radio waves?

I just bought an "ActiveHome Pro 2Way PC Interface" from
www.x-10.c0m.

In essence you define what you want your home to do via the PC, and
the commands are stored on the interface and then transmitted on the
home's 110 V wires.

That is the rub-- my X-110 modules are very sporadic because for the
usual house wire issues. (I have NOT installed a bridge/amplifier
unit).

Now-- I also have a few motion detector units which transmit their
signal via radio wave and are picked up on "MiniTransceivers"
(TM751)
and then the modules are turned on/off. These work very well because
I just install the (cheap) TM751s in the problematic portions of the
house.

My question---- can I make my new "ActiveHome Pro 2Way PC
Interface" somehow, via another gismo, produce radio waves??

Thanks very much!--- Rick
