Hi Chris

We do work in the Parmacutical area and they tend to use the stuff that
coolrooms are made of which has i think polystyrene foam in the centre
between metal sheets.....The guys use a heat bulb which is basically approx
30mm diameter and 150mm long  heating element connected to a standard light
dimmer to control the heat and let it make a path down the walls...seems to
work quite well ....
