Weight of the water is probably the last concern.

For a wall to ceiling tank you will need a thick piece of glass.

For example, an 8ft long 3ft high glass panel needs to be 20mm in
thickness.

I'd guess for this sort of project you'd need to look at acrylic
aquaria.
