To true. We 'upgraded' to Sky+ a couple of months ago and were horrified
with the UI. I now use my aging Tivo (that was due to be eBayed) to
record off my Sky+ box :-0. When I have specific conflict on my Tivo I
then setup an individual recording on Sky.

I've now had two calls from Sky asking me if I wanted to purchase an
extended warrantee on my Sky+ box, after giving the call my full and
frank opinion of Sky+ they didn't push the offer future.
