Power/data floor boxes in wooden floor

Has anyone got or come across a floor box designed to be installed in
a wooden floor - preferably with a drop-in cover that can be filled with
some of the flooring so that the finished appearance looks like solid floor
with maybe a thin metal rim/flange (whatever you call it). It'd need cable
access too.
