Ethernet over Powerline

Hi All,

Interested in IP over Ethernet - to get data to my new XBMC kit :)

I know this has come up before, but I'm failing to find anything through
search :(

Questions:

#1 What to buy?
Currently, one "Source", one "Reciever", though I
expect to increase
the number of receivers very soon. I'm assuming it's full duplex, so
*Device* = IP <==> Mains Supply ............. fair assumption? i.e.
- I can
plug in another "thing", run cat5 from it to a NIC, and it will
be on the
LAN.

#2 Where to buy from? Cost is, as always, a key factor - but reliabilty is
important too. UK supplier preferred.

#3 I use X10 quite extensively (stop cringing!) - - does one affect the
other? (i.e. reduced X10 reliability or lower data transfer rates when X10
signal are passed)?

Thanks all,

Rob
