CCTV woes

Folks, I bought a wireless 4 camera CCTV kit and a 4 cam USB DVR
whilst
i was in Singapore a couple of weeks ago.  Problem is the DVR software
wont run - the app starts, displays one camera feed, then closes
without an error.  Its doing this on 2 PC's running different OS's so
im assuming its a problem with the software. Ive looked online and cant
find any support.  I've been looking online for another software app
that i could use to view the cams, but cant find any that display all 4
cams on one screen.  Any help would be appreciated!!
