CBus programming question

Hi All,
A friend of mine has a CBus installation and he wants to know how to setup
bathroom lights as per below.
Basically, one switch two lights.
Lights are OFF.
1. Pressing the button turns ON the first light.
2. Pressing the button again within 5 seconds turns ON the second light.
3. Pressing the button again turns OFF all lights.
If the period between 1 & 2 is greater than 5 seconds, then the second
press
turns OFF the lights.
I have never played with CBus but I do program in various other languages.
So if you can give me some clues, I'm sure I can assist my friend in
getting
this going.
