RE: Byron HA stuff
I actually start work with B&Q on Wednesday at the Hillsborough
branch which
does have a display of the kit so I will see what it does...
Anyone else work for B&Q on this list? Talk about hard to get a foot in
the
door! I joined the RAF easier!!!!!

The RFXCOM transmitters & receivers are compatible, but I don't know
about the dimming possibilites. The RFXCOM will emulate X10 behaviour,
so you can do dims but not to a specific level. It looks like the Byron
stuff might support dimming to a level, so there might be some more work
required there.
When they get them in my B&Q I'll have a play :-)
