Wouldn't be too difficult to do this now with Idratek. Use an ODI for
pulse input from a sub-meter. Calibrate via Cortex into KWh and GBP
and then send to a display such as the Squeezebox which is integrated
into Cortex. Although Idratek's own Visual display units are just
around the corner.
