I had some success last time with insisting that their handling charge=20
was unacceptably high, and pointing out that I had in no way agreed to=20
them acting as an agent on my behalf.
They dropped the charge to =A35, rather than the =A312 it was at the time.
I find this sort of thing particularly annoying - someone that you have=20
no contract with whatsoever turns up and announces that they=20
have "helpfully" paid the customs bill for you, and added their
own=20
cut... now pay up, or you don't get your goods.
Surely there should be an avenue for saying "no thanks, I'll pay=20
customs directly, then you can release my package, you bloody pirate"
