Can't comment on Zen because I use Claranet. I haven't had any
problems with
them and I have been with them for many years. Claranet's bandwith limit is
less than Zen, so that may be decisive.

Occasionally I get tempted to change to a cheaper ISP, but then hear woes
from list members or friends and then realise I pay top price to have a
reliable service.
