All these phone companies are much of a muchness.
I too got the Orange mobile + =A35 for the Broadband where as before I had
Pipex - flawless over a couple of years.
I've been lucky in that everything has been working fine for 3 months now.
Basically you have to play the game to get support. Phone up sales then get
through to a 'local' support dept - but ringing from 0800 or the free
mobil=

No. They can shortcut for you. OK it took me hours in total to get it
finally working but only once did I speak to india, and I found it best to
phone around 6pm as this is a dead period after work and before the other
annoyed punters get home before hitting the phones again.
You have to expect this - and expect and a fight - but don't give up!!
