1U Rack mount UPS?

Morning all,
Can anyone recommend a 1U Rackmount UPS with power conditioning? We've
had three power spikes this morning and my server is now unresponsive
(haven't had time to look at it as I was running late for work and it
is headless). As I am becoming more reliant on the server I think it
is time to consider a UPS.
The server is mini-ITX based and headless so only consumes 25W, so
don't need a huge UPS with a high VA.
