C-Bus in outbuildings

I'm looking to extend my C-Bus install out to the garage and stables.
I
have ducting to the garage laid underground and same from garage to
stables. It's predominantly to control lights but there will be three
sockets which I want to switch as well.

I have two questions, what is the best way of extending the pink cables
through the underground ducts, I've been told the pink cable is not
suitable and will the C-Bus relay be ok in an outbuilding, it's dry but
obviously more subject to the elements that in a house. Wondered if
anyone could offer any advice.

Cheers
Gary
