To be honest Chris with the amount of units that I've had installed
here
its great that this is the only issue.

Hi Gary

Try downloading your settings back into the switch....
I,ve noticed occassionly when i have had a power glitch that a switch
settings would get corrupted and downloading the settings would fix it
