[OT] Outlook 2003 Enterprise

Long shot, but does anyone have a copy of the above app?  We have
licences
for OL2007 Enterprise (so it's legit!), but because we're running Exchange
5.5, we need to step Outlook back to 2003, and the re-imaging of the PCs
is/was due to take place this weekend.  Unfortunately our MS Gold partner
shipped us Business Contact Manager in error.....

Answers off list please, any help would be very much appreciated, we've not
been able to find a copy anywhere else, including the torrent sites....
