RE: Powerline Ethernet



Usually your lighting is done as a radial , but your sockets are done
as
a ring. I believe this is because the 2.5 T&E we use in the UK is only
rated to around 16-18amps (?) , so we usually run a return wire back
from the last socket to the consumer box to form a ring and so allow
electricity to flow around both halves of the ring and so allow for more
amps (32Amps ?). I'm sure some of the sparks on the list will give a
better explanation.. Ben ?
