[OT] Blackberry and T-mobile web n talk

I have a T-mobile web n talk account.

I just got a Blackberry and have put in the sim. I have inputed the
GPRS details:

general.t-mobile.uk
t-mobile
one2one

but it says data connection refused.

Is this because I don't have a blackberry data account with t-mobile??
Do I need one to access a data plan?

I was hoping to use it with my current setup and a BES installed at home.
