Recommendation on 20" LCD TV

Aftertoon all,
The wife and I are looking to get rid of the old CRT TV in our bedroom
and would like to replace it with a LCD screen. We have decided the
maximum screen size should be no more than 20" so that it doesn't over
dominant the room.
In the old days I would have gone in order of preference based on
quality:
- Panasonic
- Sony
- Philips
But I am out of touch so any recommendations would be appreciated.
