If it is a BT line but TT broadband then the following numbers from=20
BT.com I think take you through a list of menus and end up with a=20
line test.
Residential customers call:=20
=95  For free on a BT line 151=20
=95  For free on a non-BT line 0800 800 151=20
=95  From a mobile 800 800 151 (there may be a charge)

This is obviously not going to help with the BB side but may help you=20
eliminate a line fault.

If the line is "unbundled" and completely run by TT / CPW, I
guess=20
any testing would be done by them, maybe their website can help.
