Well, OK, but you won't like it!

MSI K9MM-V Socket AM2 5.1 Channel Audio mATX £27.96
Ebuyer 256MB Kit (2x128MB) DDR2 533MHz /PC2-4200 £7.99
AMD Sempron 3000+ (1.6GHz) Socket AM2 256kb L2 Cache 64 bit Retail
Boxed Processor £20.27
Extra Value MATX Desktop/Tower Case - With 200W PSU £27.98
Shipping & Handling £8.92
Google Checkout £10 Bonus - £10 off orders over £30
(excluding
delivery). Bonus may not appear on store's emails. -£10.00
Total: £83.12

The remote kit was actually more than I remembered at £35ish (I bought
from QuietPC as I was in a hurry), and the CF adaptor just a quid or
so. (But I'll probably PXE boot anyway)

So, closer to £120, but I told my wife £100, so I'm sticking to
it. :-)

This kit will have *plenty* of oomph for Geexbox SD and will manage a
fair amount of HD stuff. I'm going to stick an old ATI card in it that
does TV Out and also work on making a RGB->SCART lead and will have a
lot of fun with X modelines!
