You can get a aerosol plastic that you spray on things to protect
them.....=
So maybe solder them (*gulp*) and cover the whole lot in one big *whoosh*?

How about soldering & shrink-sleeving each wire, instead - 50 x 8

400, but contriving a jig could help a lot, and practice can make for=20
speed ! ... ??? 'could be a way of keeping the twist & minimising=20
the risk of loose joints ??
