It's a good price if you want a full SatNav solution. If you just
wanted to be able to see your location on a map (eg Google Maps), and
wanted simpler directions to your destination, then there's a free app
called Maemo Mapper (see the wiki at http://www.automationlinux.co.uk/
for a few screenshots) which can do similar (but is best suited to
having an ongoing internet connection whilst driving).  Having said
that, some people like to have both on hand for different scenarios..
