GRRRRRRRRR.......

So one just has to change the fittings as well as the bulbs once his
back is turned then.... Goddammit I *won't* be dictated to by these
petty Hitler's.... (I'll budget an extra couple of grand or so to cover
the cost of replacing every CFL fitting & bulb into the overall build
budget...)

Or can the quota be met entirely with lamps (table lamps, standard lamps
etc.) rather than with permanent fixtures? - Quick trip to a well known
Swedish superstore to pick a dozen "Mung" lamps which can all go
straight in the skip once the BCO has left?...
