RE: CBUS and CFL's
If they are anything like the ones that I have used, dont bother.
there are some GE ones available in NZ, $20 a piece as opposed to the $5
for
normal ones.
Anyway..
They only dim to abut 25-30%, and thats when the dimmer control has a
normal
one at about 50% or so, and if you go to low, then it goes out.
It wont come on till its almost at 100%, so forget fading in these.
Hopefully someone engeneers a better one then these
Oh, and they only make them in that ickky 2700k colour, not 4000 or 6500k

Dimmable CFL's are on the way, last I heard at least one UK distributors
was hoping to hold them as a stock item in Feb.
I'll chase them up.
