Fw: uPnP to RS232 ?

  • Subject: Fw: uPnP to RS232 ?

All I need to know is when the lounge (ZP80) has been started (pressed
play)

Then I can do the auto-amp switching.

Thats the only thing - because of that, I just dont use it in the lounge,
it's a right PITA to manually switch the amp. And if you forget, the tv
wont be active (i dont use a pronto - even if i did it still means
multi-remotes when Sonos is involved)

That's probably not really a practical product but I think I can see
where you're coming from. What are the current things you are trying to
achieve with Sonos G and what's the wishlist ? The holy grail of
getting interactive info back onto the Sonos Controller display eg
status for lighting control seems unlikely but other bits may have
become more plausible now.
