With a Denon 4306 you can use IP as well to control it  - worth
considering rather than RS232 maybe.
Girder provides the 'glue' to tie loads of things together . It takes a
bit of getting into but it's a great product and worth the effort  - oh
...and it supports xAP too (which is how I control my 4306).
MainLobby has a Denon 4306 plugin too
