Most companies block out bound IP/Sec traffic from their network so
that may be the reason your IP/Sec is not working.
I have also come across ISP's that block IP/Sec traffic for anyone that
is not on a business tarrif, so this could be another reason your
IP/Sec is not working.
I would check these first before spending too much time fiddling with
it to get it working.
